Privacy Policy (GDPR)

This policy explains how Oddly Automated processes personal data when you visitquantum-prism.co, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679).

1. Data controller

Oddly Automated Operations (Valerii Balabanets / Denys Kucher), operating in Ireland, Poland and Germany. Contact for privacy matters: contact@oddomated.ai.

2. What we collect and why

• Contact form - the name, email and project details you submit, used solely to respond to your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• AI project-estimation assistant - the messages you type are sent to our inference endpoint to generate an estimate. Please do not submit confidential information or third-party personal data. Legal basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps.
• Analytics - we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first service that does not track individuals or use fingerprinting. No personal data is stored for analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Processors and data location

We rely on the following processors, who act on our instructions:

• Cloudflare - content delivery and DDoS protection.
• Formspree - delivery of contact-form submissions.
• Plausible Analytics - aggregate, cookieless website statistics (EU-hosted).

4. Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and are then deleted. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@oddomated.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
